Overview
Arena Dangal runs skill-based competitive tournaments. This document defines exactly when refunds apply, how they're processed, and what happens in edge cases. Read carefully before joining any match.

Entry Fees
01 — Match Registration

Non-Refundable After Joining NO REFUND
The moment you confirm a match slot, your entry fee is committed. No cancellations, no refunds — regardless of whether you later decide not to play.
Platform-Cancelled Match FULL REFUND
If Arena Dangal cancels a tournament for any reason, your full entry fee is automatically returned to your wallet — no action needed on your part.
Special Cases
02 — Exceptions & Edge Cases
Missed Match / Late Entry NO REFUND
Failing to join the match room on time is not eligible for a refund. Set reminders. Match schedules are published well in advance.

Device / Internet Failure CASE BY CASE
Technical issues on your end — bad connection, game crash, device failure — are generally not grounds for a refund. Exceptional situations may be reviewed at our sole discretion. Document your issue and contact support.

Duplicate Payments REFUNDED
If your account was charged more than once for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after our finance team verifies it.

Processing
04 — How Refunds Work

Wallet Credits Only
All refunds on Arena Dangal are processed back to your in-platform wallet. Direct bank transfers or UPI refunds are not supported. Your wallet balance can be used for future tournaments or withdrawn separately.
Processing Timeline
Eligible refunds are processed within 24–48 hours from the point of approval. Auto-refunds (platform cancellations) may reflect instantly. Complex cases involving technical review can take up to 72 hours.

Raise a Request
Email support@arenadangal.com with your match ID, user ID, and a clear description of the issue. Include any screenshots if relevant.

Internal Review
Our team verifies your claim against match records and platform data. You'll receive an email update within 24 hours confirming whether it's eligible.

Wallet Credit
Approved refunds are credited directly to your Arena Dangal wallet. You'll receive a transaction confirmation on-screen and via email.

05 — Abuse & Fraud
Zero Tolerance
Fraudulent refund requests, repeated false claims, or any attempt to manipulate the system will result in immediate and permanent account suspension — without warning or appeal. We take competitive integrity seriously. Every claim is logged and cross-verified against match data.

All Requests Are Audited
Every refund request is reviewed against live match records, server logs, and payment gateway data. Inconsistencies are flagged automatically.
Repeat Offenders Banned
Accounts that abuse the refund process face permanent bans. Banned accounts forfeit all wallet balance and future tournament eligibility.
