These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Arena Dangal. By registering or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

Minimum Age
Users must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Legal Eligibility
You confirm you are legally permitted to participate in skill-based competitions under the laws applicable in your region or jurisdiction.
C
One Account
Each user may hold only one account. Multiple accounts for the same individual are strictly prohibited.

Account Responsibility
A
Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
B
Account Activity
All actions performed under your account are your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.
C
Accurate Information
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any time may result in immediate suspension.

Tournament Rules
A
Game ID Match
All players must join matches using the exact same game ID provided during registration. Any mismatch may lead to disqualification.
B
Room Confidentiality
Room IDs and passwords shared by the platform are strictly confidential. Distributing them to non-participants is prohibited.
C
Fair Play
Teaming, hacking, exploiting bugs, use of third-party software, or any form of unfair gameplay is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and ban.
D
Platform Decisions
All decisions made by the platform regarding match outcomes, disputes, and results are final and binding.

Scheduling
Players must join matches at the scheduled time. Failure to join on time may result in forfeiture without refund.

Payments & Wallet
A
Secure Processing
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways. We do not store sensitive card or banking details.

Entry Fees
Entry fees are non-refundable except in cases where a match is cancelled by the platform, in which case a full wallet credit will be issued.
C
Winnings
Prize money is credited to the user's in-platform wallet after result verification. The platform reserves the right to withhold winnings pending investigation of disputes.

Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Processing times may vary. Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply.

Conduct & Fair Use
A
Cheating
Any form of cheating, manipulation, or exploitation will result in permanent account ban and forfeiture of all wallet balance.
B
Multiple Accounts
Operating multiple accounts or impersonating another user is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination.
C
Investigations
The platform reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, freeze accounts, and take necessary action without prior notice.
D
Community Conduct
Harassment, abusive language, or any toxic behaviour towards other players or staff is prohibited and may result in suspension.

General Terms
A
Limitation of Liability
Arena Dangal is not liable for any losses arising from use of the platform, including technical failures, connectivity issues, server downtime, or user errors.

Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
C
Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
D
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India.
